AP reports Pennsylvania could be 10 percent short of home heating oil this winter even with average temperatures. John Zinkand of the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association warned a 20 percent colder winter would worsen supplies. About 1.3 million homes, or 35 percent, heat with oil. retailer supplies are limited to last year’s purchases. Suspect Arrested in Stolen Car Case Near Apollo
James R. Senosky, 26, of Clymer RD 1, was arrested by Indiana state police at 3 15 p.m. Sunday while driving a car reported stolen September 19 at Apollo. He was turned over to Apollo Borough Police.
