Harry Cooper 30 of Indiana pleaded guilty before Justice of the Peace and was held for court after state patrol charged him with failing to stop and render aid following an accident on the Tidiana Clymer road. His car collided with two others near Indiana late last night and plunged into a field after Cooper’s car swerved.
