William Floyd Haight 27 of Marion Center R D 1 died at Indiana Hospital after his car was struck broadside by a station wagon driven by Robert Neal Hoover 25 of Indiana. Hoover injured with scalp lacerations and hospitalized in fair condition. The crash occurred at Rodney Street and Route 286 in Clymer Borough at 1 55 a m and Haight died from severe head injuries. Haight had worked for Greensteel Chalkboard Co. of Dixonville and funeral services are planned Monday.

Surfer finishes 500 mile paddleboard voyage to Newport Beach
