Prominent Central Pennsylvania surgeon Dr. Cornelius M. Dailey is slated to face murder charges Saturday in Harrisburg for the slaying of Mrs. Anta Manbeck. The defense contends a scuffle over a revolver led to the fatal shot, with the widow allegedly firing herself. Former Lt. Gov. Edward Beidleman represents Dailey.
Ordinance 59 seeks to raise bonded indebtedness of Clymer Borough Indiana County Pennsylvania by 50000 dollars to fund floating debt of 13000 for street work refund 20500 existing bonds and provide funds for street paving while authorizing a public election on November 4, 1924 to obtain electors assent.
