Officials outline continued efforts to develop a mountain site with permanent buildings and a large lakeside area at the foot of the mountain. The camp aims to serve as a recreation spot, game preserve, and herd sanctuary with plans for regional representation and new troops forming in nearby towns.

In Erie Pa on September 17 two engineering survey department workers for the New York Central were struck and killed by a fast freight train as they laid surveying measurements on the tracks. The victims were E E Sutton aged 61 and Arne T Johnson aged 24. Their bodies were recovered by the train crew after a passing freight muffled the sound of the collision.

Thompson was found guilty of embezzlement related to a trust fund. Next week Judge J. W. Dawson will decide whether Thompson should be jailed for contempt for failing to meet obligations tied to the same case.

Philadelphia dispatch September 17 INS Melville 58 and Lewis 57 of Germantown were named in fraud accusations by California residents. Lewis was found dead today in the garage of his Ocean City New Jersey home from carbon monoxide poisoning, with car engine running and doors closed. Physicians attributed death to self-inflicted cause.

Sherman Smith of Cherryhill township conducts business in town. J. A. Dixon of Livermore listed as county mercantile appraiser on Tuesday.
