Graham Murder Trial Witnesses Testimony in Morell Proceedings
In Mercer Pa the Graham murder trial heard more testimony as William Morell a 21 year old farmhand was expected to be called today He faces manslaughter charges from the death of Mrs Helen Wilson while facing murder charges in the three earlier killings at the Wilson dairy farm. Neighbor Anna Racioppo testified Morell was nearby with a rope and items in his left hand as she heard a gun report and saw him across the pasture. Several witnesses including Mrs Helen Minner Dr James Emery and state police set Milligan and George Kurtanieh recounted events from the night of the slayings and the subsequent apprehension. Milligan also relayed remarks reportedly made by Janice Graham. Fingerprints on key items were not found by the State Police Identification Bureau.
