Members from the United States Canada and Mexico converge in St Paul Minnesota for the sovereign grand lodge communication. An estimated 100 members will be in the city by week’s start with an excursion on the Mississippi to Stillwater today. Services will be held in several churches and a reception by Governor Johnston awaits the sovereign grand judge Monday. The parade Wednesday afternoon caps the week’s program.

Bids due 6 pm Sept 21 1907. Plans at W F Elkin’s office Indiana Pa. Bid on blank forms to W F Elkin Indiana Pa. Bond $10000 required for faithful performance. Each bid must include $200 certified check payable to Lafayette Sutter Treasurer and guarantee bond if awarded. If bond cannot be furnished or contract not signed or work not begun promptly the certified check is kept as damages. After contract and bond, checks returned. Board may reject any bid. Directors listed. Stockholders meeting notice for Savings & Trust Company Indiana Pa Nov 14 1907 to elect ten directors. Increase of capital stock recommended from $125000 to $250000. notices to be sent per law. Meeting to approve or disapprove increase held same day. Secretary Robert M Wilson. Lame Back.
