Bus overturns injure 23 pupils near Wooster Ohio
Twenty three high school pupils were injured when the bus carrying them to school overturned on a road south of Wooster Ohio. All were taken to a local hospital. None died. Seven remained hospitalized with serious injuries as doctors expected recovery.

A bill of equity filed by Robert H Buchanan, receiver of the South Penn Col leries Company, was dismissed. The suit grew from Sproul plan to place Kreage Coal Company on a paying lease. Sproul owned 1200 shares and $183000 in bonds.

Pittsburgh, Sept. 12. Paul Floyd, 36, held on suspicion of a $15,000 cigarette store robbery, slashed both wrists with slate fragments in his cell and was found unconscious by a turnkey. George Hook rushed him to Allegheny General Hospital. police believe he found the slate in a cell beam. The robbery occurred at N. Rice Cigar Company.
