State Winners Named In Great Roads Essay Contest
Judges appointed to award a university scholarship for the best essay on good roads named fifty four state and territorial winners among thousands submitted. The $4,000 scholarship by the Firestone Foundation supports tuition and expenses for study at any U.S. college or university.
