Lintner girl identified by coroner in morgue findings

Altoona meat packer killed in railroad crossing crash
Lars Hansen a 66 year old superintendent and his wife Mrs Caroline Hansen were in a car struck by a freight engine at a grade crossing in Altoona Pennsylvania. Hansen died instantly and Mrs Hansen was reported in critical condition with a fractured skull and internal injuries as the car was demolished and swept 50 feet along the tracks.

First hanging in forty years in Leavenworth prison
Leavenworth Kansas September 5 INS Carl Panzran 45 became the first man to pay the supreme penalty in forty years in the state.
