Frank Tierno Patsy Tierno and Dan Balik of Derry township Westmoreland were found guilty of aggravated assault and battery by a Greensburg jury in Judge Copeland's court. They attacked Alphonsa Wazelle former Blairsville policeman last Christmas night at their William Penn Highway roadhouse. Wazelle testified the beating and shooting followed allegations he stole 12 cases of whiskey. a raid had earlier seized two slot machines and punch boards. He was shot while fleeing and suffered a flesh wound to the right thigh.
