Dr. F W St Clair announced an inquest into the death of Eugene Pant Huber a 24 year old Indiana youth fatally injured when a truck driven by Clyde Dick collided with a parked truck on Philadelphia street. Huber died two hours after the collision from a skull fracture. Dick was arrested for driving while intoxicated and released on bond pending the inquest.
