Thomas McNelis Dies at 72 in Indiana Home
Thomas McNelis aged 72 died at 4 30 yesterday morning at 226 North Wirth Street after a long illness. Born in Hazelton Pennsylvania in 1856 he moved to Indiana twenty years ago and served as janitor of St Bernard’s Church. Survived by wife Ellen son James and daughter Margaret. Funeral at St Bernard’s Church at 10 o clock Saturday with interment in the same cemetery.

Missing Blairsville man found after fall in ravine
Nick Catesandro, 54, of Blairsville, was found unconscious yesterday in Jacksons Hollow between North Spring and North Liberty streets. He was taken to Indiana Hospital in critical condition with a probable skull fracture and injuries. The Young People's Conference will be held June 2 at the First Presbyterian Church with over 300 delegates expected and meals at 60 cents.

INDIANAPOLIS May 31 Ten masked bandits held up the Roadmoor Country Club during holiday festivities and robbed 200 guests of jewelry and currency valued between 150000 and 200000 dollars. Submachine guns sawed-off shotguns and revolvers were used as guests lined up. the bandit leader instructed all to drop their money and jewels into a canvas bag passed along the line.
