Philadelphia May 28—Navy yard officials say an attempt will be made today to break the world sea plane altitude record with the PN-12 flying boat. An unofficial flight yesterday reached over 10,700 feet, surpassing the American record and the plan is to beat 13,000 feet to claim four world records within a month.
