A 56 year old man from Shar on Pennsylvania says two young men befriended him at a downtown Cleveland hotel. After sharing a meal and providing money for a room the two men returned with a second accomplice, tied him, and robbed him of his watch and $7 before a hotel detective nabbed them as they left. The victim expected to revisit the city in about 15 years.
