New York May 25 The giant Standard Oil pipeline laid from Kansas City to Bayonne is expected to operate tomorrow sending oil westward. The line connects at Whiting Indiana with existing lines to New Jersey and will outlet 6 million barrels of oil in storage to western districts. Two children bitten by a mad dog yesterday seem unlikely to need Pasteur treatment as wounds were light and cauterized.
