Cuzzola Seeks Habeas Corpus Freedom in 1920 Slaying Case
A writ of habeas corpus hearing was set for next Wednesday morning for Cuzzola, held on a 15 year old murder charge. He was arrested in Oil City on May 2 by state troopers at the request of Detective Harry E. Koozer and is accused of killing Isador Martelli of Black Lick on December 31, 1920.
