Driven Thru Wall Man Dies at Freeport Brick Plant
Freeport May 12. William Reedy 39 of Freeport was killed instantly when a runaway mine car crushed through a brick wall of the Freeport Brick Company building. Reedy, a widower, was operating a clay crushing machine when the car roared into the structure, throwing him through the wall. He suffered a broken neck, back and fractured skull. He leaves two children and two brothers.
