He later attempted another hold up, but Cheria escaped through a second story window and police arrested him in Clarion. All are welcome. Local residents and visitors were seen at church Sunday evening and various neighbors visited during the week with friends and family across Maple Grove and Manor communities.

Mrs Q A Holsapple visited Pittsburgh. Prof Dupler of Huntingdon preached at Plumcreek church. George Keeler and wife now live in the McAdoo property near the Plumcreek church. Road scraper active in the area this week. Mr and Mrs J P Kimmel and sons Kenneth and Gerald spent Sunday at Mount Pleasant. Miss Dorothy Rearick visited her parents Sunday.
