Riots in Rome surge with 60,000 supporters chanting for war and anti Austria Germany slogans amid cabinet meetings and Giolitti hiding under guard.
The German chancellor warned that war with Italy was inevitable during the Reichstag opening, signaling a tense shift in European affairs as fascist powers move toward broader conflict.
Yaqui Indians in El Paso announce the entire Yaqui nation has severed all ties with Mexican factions and renewed its war against Mexico.
