Hirshel Duncan aged 24 of Homer City faced Justice C. C. McLain on charges of disorderly conduct and drunkenness filed by Constable Campbell. Missing Banks Located Ends Ebensburg Abduction Case
C D Banks of Chambersville disappeared after leaving with a stranger who paid his streetcar fare and dinner in South Seventh Street Crystal Restaurant.
