Emperor William I accompanied by the Kaiserin and Princess Victoria Louise attended the unveiling of Queen Victoria's memorial in London. A public viewing drew interest in the Kaiser's daughter who had not been seen in public before. The visit is private with no ceremonies planned during their stay.
