Meadville May 8 authorities held a 10 year old boy during a probe into the fatal shooting of his mother Mrs Patterson Hall 42 wife of a farmer Coroner Luther S J King said Mrs Hall was killed last night by a bullet fired from a gun in the hands of Frederick Hall District Attorney Herbert Mook said he was undecided what action he would take King said Frederick told him he swung the weapon in a semi circle and it discharged The bullet struck Mrs Hall in the neck narrowly missing a six month old baby she held and she died a few minutes later King said the boy and his sister had quarreled and the mother had refused to intercede.
