Death claims Joseph Mack of Derry after accident
Joseph Mack born February 9 1851 in West Wheatfield township married Ella Sides in 1874. He moved to Derry in 1891 and built a prosperous meat business and a fine building block. A council member and church member, he died after an accident at Mercy hospital. Survived by wife seven children and four brothers.

McManigal Testifies as New McNamara Indictments Loom
Los Angeles on May 6. Ortie McManigal told county grand jury members about dynamiting plans in which he and J. B. McNamara participated and that John 3. McNamara had general guilty knowledge. Four Sisters Now Widows In Virginia Tragedy
In Huntington West Virginia May 3 six sisters all married to railroad engineers attended the funeral of C. T. Pilcher an enginee r killed in a wreck on the Chesapeake and Ohio road near Furnmond. Pilcher was one of four railroad engineers who married the Garner sisters of Albemarle County Virginia. All four sisters are widows as their husbands died in railroad accidents.
