He insists the playgoer bears responsibility for the undesired play.

A volunteer fire company has been organized at Marion Center. Officers include H. J. Thompson president William Fleck marshal R. Griffith secretary H. P. Wetzel treasurer and J. McCormick assistant marshal. The company lists 50 men. Those eyeing wall papers are invited to call at the Art Wall Paper store 153-6f.
Matthew H. Ewing aged 97 died suddenly May 1 in Salinburg after a long illness. He lived in Jacksonville earlier and ran a saw mill in Foreat county. He leaves a widow, four daughters and three sons, with funeral services held by Rev. George M. Ryall. Interment at Edgewood cemetery. Also noted: Mrs. Wavey McCreary died May 1 in Clearfield County at 89. she and husband Robert McCreary are buried at Mahoning U.P. cemetery. Survivors include seven children. services at Mahoning were Thursday. Additional notices: Mrs. Sarah McCutcheon of Parnassus died April 29 aged 29. interment at Irwin May 1. Emanuel Olwiler of Punxsutawney, 90, died May 1. survived by wife and two daughters. burial at Marion Center. Mrs. Nancy Snyder of Locust Lane died April 37. interment at Union cemetery, Kossiter.
