A Smicksburg district woman Nina M. Lewis age 48 and seven year old Sara Jean Lewis received emergency treatment at Armstrong County Hospital after midnight Monday for minor injuries from a three car crash on the Kittanning Leechburg road near Martins garage. State police and fire officials said they allegedly set their home ablaze near Cherry Tree to defraud an insurer. Fire chief W. E.
