Conn Convicted of Dynamiting at Dilltown
A Dilltown jury yesterday found Wilson Conn, 26, guilty of dynamiting the home of W J Reagan superintendent of Cosgrove Meegan Coal Co at Dilltown on January 22. Co defendant Peter Britano 18 pleaded guilty March 9 and turned state's evidence. Both men were arrested February 5. The blast occurred while the Reagan family were at a basketball game in Armagh. Conn claimed Britano acted alone. Britano testified Conn plotted. The Commonwealth presented witnesses including Detective Harry E Koozer and State Police members detailing the bombing and alibi efforts.
