Firm Faces Labor Charge in Bradford Refining Plant

M Kendall Refining Co faces an unfair labor practices charge filed by CIO Oil Workers Local 567 with the National Labor Relations Board. Union president Virgil Polity did not detail the alleged acts. Coroner John Govehar sought to determine how John P. Johnson, 54, died after being found badly injured in a barn near Patton. Johnson died in Shupsser Hospital shortly after. cause listed as shock and medical complications.
