A Rossiter funeral drew many friends for Mr. and Mrs. Russell Saye and their two daughters, victims of the St Patrick’s Day flood. The Saye family, longtime DuBois residents, perished when their house broke from its foundation near the Francis dam, four members drowned while a boarder, Costie Oschenic, survived after clinging to a tree until rescue. The bodies rested in the Rossiter Evangelical church prior to Saturday services.
