Deaths: Mrs. Cramer of Johnstown Dies at Home
Born October 11 1896 on the Patterson homestead near Cramer she married Wilson Cramer December 28 1858. He left business to enter United Brethren ministry and died in 1902 after a long strain. Mrs. Cramer active in church temperance and missions. survived by six children including Rev Edwin Cramer and Cora Cramer. Funeral arrangements not yet announced.

OUR COLONIAL SOLONS First Assembly Met at Jamestown 1619
The first representative assembly in America met in Jamestown Virginia in July 1619. Governor Sir George Yeardley led the council and two burgesses from elected plantations. The clerk John Twine described the seating in the church quire as the assembly prayed for God to guide their work for the colony’s good.
