Wellsburg March 2 Police seek Samuel Musseh and Francis Kirkpatricy who escaped from the Wellsburg jail by lifting bars at cell windows and dropping from a wing wall to the ground a distance of twenty feet Musselman had months for carrying a revolver and Kirkpatrick faced a thirty day term for perjury or similar offense.
Atlanta, March 38. Henjannda A. Green, convicted with John Gaynor for complicity with Captain Oberlin M. Carter in Savannah frauds, is freed today after United States Commissioner Colquitt grants the pauper's oath. The ruling lifts a 500000 fine tied to a four year federal sentence. government prosecutors asserted Green and Gaynor may have over 2,000,000 hidden and argued for part payment before release.
