Goods celebrate 55th wedding anniversary in Dayton

Mr and Mrs William K Good of Dayton observed their 55th wedding anniversary on Tuesday. William K Good married Ada Wilson March 14 1908 at Glade Run Presbyterian Manse near Dayton. Rev G W McIntire performed the ceremony. They have two children Ruth Hollenbaugh and Oran W Good both of Dayton RD 1. Nine grandchildren complete the family circle. The Goods moved to their present home 33 years ago after operating a farm in Indiana County.

Black Lick Club Women Discuss New States At March Meeting

The Black Lick Civic and Literary Club met March 14 at 2:00 p.m. in the Presbyterian Church social room. Friendship Grove No 269 of the Supreme Forest Woodmen Circle held its regular Thursday meeting at Kittanning I C C F Hall led by President Eleanor Neal. Reports were given by Nellie Snyder Melba Calhoun and June Bassinger. A motion to sponsor Mrs Dora Woodby aged 65 was approved and Easter gifts arranged.
