Miss Henrietta Dallas Dies In Route 119 Crash
Miss Henrietta Dallas 51 of Homer City died after a two car collision on Route 119 in Black Lick. Ada Lyda 77 of Black Lick and John Platt 24 of Blairsville were in serious condition. A third vehicle driven by Robert Guldone escaped injury. Police continue investigation into cause. An obituary for Miss Dallas appears in the Indiana Evening Gazette.

Indiana Borough will sweep five streets starting Tuesday March 22 to remove cinders and debris from winter. Five streets will be posted Monday and any cars left there will be towed to the auto pound per police chief Harry H. Owens. Residents and IU students are urged to cooperate. Two Johnstown men charged in bank robbery
Theodore A. Swanson 22 and Ronald Webb 26 will be charged with armed robbery after robbing the U S National Bank of Johnstown branch. They took 5752 and were arrested six hours later at a Johnstown housing project. Police recovered nearly all the money and the men await U S Commissioner Ray P. Smith. This week's third bank holdup in Western Pennsylvania followed earlier hits near Ambridge and Hampton Township.

Pretty Five Year Old Survives Open Heart Surgery
Judy Lynn Funsch, five, from Genesee Township near Flint, Michigan, remains in intensive care after an extended heart operation at the University of Michigan Hospital.
