Imprisoned Boyle To Be Transferred
Former United Mine Workers President W A Tony Boyle, 74, will be transferred to Pennsylvania in April to serve a murder conviction penalty. He is to be released from the Medical Center for federal prisoners on April 10 after a three year term for misuse of union funds, while concurrently serving three life terms imposed Sept 11, 1979 for killings of rival Joseph Yablonski his wife and daughter. Medical Center Director P J Ciccune said Boyle remains ill.
