Two foreign laborers from Homestead steel works were struck by a truck and flung into the air by a Pittsburg Virginia and Charleston railroad t re in Pittsburg near Munhall station at 9 08 this morning. They received first aid at the emergency hospital at the plant and were sent to West Penn Hospital. Both are believed fatally injured.
This evening at 8 o clock a wedding will take place at the bride’s parents home near Saltsburg. Miss Belle Gourley and Lawrence Young will be married by Rev. J. E. Inskeep, pastor of the Saltsburg Methodist Episcopal Church.

Philadelphia Opera manager Hammerstein is jailed on $800 bail for inciting to riot after a clash with Detective McFadden the mayor's bodyguard over taxi stands outside the Philadelphia Opera House. The incident began when McFadden allegedly struck Hammerstein with a revolver provoking a stage-hand rush.
Scared crowds gathered at Fayette county jail Uniontown to view Frank Smith alleged murderer of his father and brother in law. Smith captured in West Virginia refused to leave his cell and did not appear to grasp the seriousness of the crime.
