Butler Bandits Take $131,000 In Home Invasion

In Butler Pennsylvania three armed men forced entry into Craig Saul's home, beating his wife and abducting the 40 year old woman while taking $131,000. Mrs Saul and her children were present as the men dragged her upstairs and kicked at one intruder. a grey Cadillac speeding from the scene is the only clue for police.

Saul family fears after home safe robbery at mine

Saul, 42, says he stored 2000 in a safe at home as a 43 worker mine employs his family. Robbers used a sledge hammer and crowbar to break the safe. the tool was left behind for fingerprint analysis. Mrs Saul was treated for a head cut and is reported in good condition.

Finnegan Convicted In Tax Case In St Louis

A federal jury convicted former Internal Revenue Service collector James P. Finnegan on two misconduct in office counts. He was acquitted on three other charges including two bribery counts.
