Dr. M. Ricker, her attending physician, said Miss Anthony died of heart failure induced by double pneumonia. She had serious valvular heart trouble for six or seven years. Wet lungs were practically clear, and the pneumonia yielded to treatment, but heart weakness prevented recovery.
