The Queen Esther's Daughters Class of Graystone United Presbyterian Church held its annual banquet in the church dining hall on Tuesday evening in March with 43 members and guests. A turkey dinner by the Goodwill Bible Class pleased all, Easter decorations brightened the room, Secret Sister gifts were exchanged and new sisters drawn. Girl Scout Troops Report March Meeting Activities
Girl Scout Troops in Indiana County report varied activities in March. Troop 32 opened with the Promise, studied badges, and completed the Home Nurse Badge while planning a window display for Girl Scout Week. Troop 44 toured the police station and jail, learning about guns, a lie detector, and jail wards before a fund drive and a Valentine party. Troop 3 conducted crafts, fundraising for the Juliette Low Fund, and bike safety talk by State Police Trooper Carl Eger.
