Boy 12 Charged With Manslaughter in Fatal Shooting

Butler March 11 Twelve-year-old Clarence Halloran indicted on voluntary manslaughter in the December 28 death of 10 year old Kenneth Oestering. Grand jury did not return a murder count. Halloran was arrested with Wendell Gelbel after a quarrel during a rifle misfire.
