Eight Indiana County schools join the 45th All County Band Festival staged at Purchase Line High School. The opener features the junior band with the National Anthem under host school director Robert Cronk, followed by six junior band numbers and a senior program led by Edward D Aurelio. Snowy roads spark rash of area accidents
