A 16 year old Indiana High School senior died at 9 20 p m after his motorcycle crashed into the left rear of a parked tractor trailer on Maple Street in Indiana Borough Investigating officers said the rig was parked by James Ricupero The victim John M Pollock 645 Carter Ave died from neck and chest injuries His sister Carolyn 14 was treated at Indiana Hospital for leg abrasions and a cut lip The accident occurred around 6 50 p m with no eyewitnesses reported and the investigation continues

Suspect Shot In Holding 2 Hostages
In Redondo Beach California a man suspected of holding two people hostage was shot during a confrontation with deputies.
