Dolores Banning, missing since Monday after leaving school in Hamilton Township, was found dead in Assunpink Creek near her home. Mercer County physician David Finck ruled accidental drowning with no signs of violence. Police credited extensive search efforts by volunteers and three airplane teams, and the body was found by Officer John Mander near the creek bank behind the factory where the father worked.
