At 7:18 pm Jennie was found at 1218 Philadelphia Street by Clarence Tomb and returned to her relieved parents. She enjoyed a dinner and showed pennies and a picture book from the Tombs.

Getty funeral set for Wednesday for Mrs Amanda Getty
Funeral services for Mrs Amanda Ik Getty 78, who died Monday at 10, will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at her residence 14 East Oak Street, with Rev. S. W. Shane of the Second United Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. She was the daughter of Andrew and Jane Gibson, born Creekside October 23, 1850, widow of S. W. Betty, and lived in this area most of her life. Surviving children include C. W. Cretty, Mrs. D. D. Cummins, Mrs. Archibald Brown, J. L. Cummins, and J. Golty, plus 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Also noted was the death of Maxwell Himpfield Empfield, age 12, with funeral Wednesday in Brushvalley Lutheran Church. District rocked Bradford after nitro explosion kills driver
Charles Mansfield 83 of Bolivar New York was killed when a truck carrying 600 quarts of nitro glycerine exploded between Emporium and Keating Summit about 40 miles south of Bradford. The blast demolished the auto and damaged roads, with only a button from his jacket found.
