CHAMBERSBURG March 4 — Wilson College President Paul Swain denounces a three-year accelerated program for women as harmful, insisting four-year courses remain essential for about 400 students. He argues women must ground themselves thoroughly while men meet current drafts and wartime needs. Some students may speed up, especially scientists, but most should continue full four-year study.
The Milk Control Commission will hold a public hearing for Area No. 3 in Fayette County on Thursday March 12 at 10 30 a m in Uniontown Court House. Topics include producer prices for all milk classes consumer and wholesale prices and boundary revisions affecting Fayette Greene Washington and Somerset Counties and other areas.

Funeral services will be held at Arlington National Cemetery.
