Route 22 crash kills IUP student near New Alexandria
A two car head on collision on Route 22 near New Alexandria at 6 24 p m Friday killed Cindy L Amos 21 of Meadville an IUP student. Five other IUP students were in the Amos car with two seriously injured. Abraham Colbus 72 of Altoona and sister Anna 80 were trapped and rescued. Several others including Debbie Quigg 21 Kim Sanfilippo 21 and Diana Graham 20 were listed in serious or fair condition. State police noted multiple recent district road accidents with one death and at least ten injuries in the past 24 hours.
