Bell outlines higher charges for business and residential connections and new installation rates. A one time charge for prospecting new business phones rises to $9 from $7–$8. Non recurring residential connection increases to $6 from $4 and $4.25. Connecting extensions will cost $5 per visit, up from $3. New rates apply to supplementary equipment for business customers. A 50 cent monthly fee will remove names and numbers from directories.
