In yesterday's courthouse sale Sheriff Elmer G. Borland presided as 18 properties went under the hammer. Three were adjourned. Notable transactions included UU Learn in Green township, Wipst National Bank of Indiana, Cora M. Biren and Charles Birch of Indiana, and others. Purchasers and prices listed include W. A. Henver and S. D. Billings in Glen Campbell for 225 dollars, First National Bank of Barneshoro at Pine township for 50, Mrs Elmer Lamer in Cherryhill for 209, Federal Land Bank of Baltimore for 100, Blairsville property to Blairsville for 2,800, and First National Bank of Indiana for 100 in First Ward.
