Three unmasked men held night watchman John McCann at gunpoint in a three hour burglary at the AFL General Veamsters Building downtown Pittsburgh. Farm House Fire Destroys Adams Residence
A farm house two miles from Musser Nursery on Route 80 at Tanoma Road burned completely. Firefighters sprayed water to halt the blaze as the Adams home and furnishings were destroyed.
