Ke ith B. Lydick, 60, of Homer City, died instantly when he fell about 30 feet from the overshaded railroad bridge near Homer City. A foggy, slippery morning may have caused a misstep. no foul play. Coroner Dr. Frew W. Stall investigated and ruled death a broken neck.

Fry Held On Serious Charge
Oren Fry of Indiana was taken into custody by Borough Policeman Ed ward Allen and George Anderson between Fourteenth and Fifteenth streets on Philadelphia street at 1:80 this morning and committed to a County Jail on a charge of being wanted in the rear of tourim's lot. Fry had in his car a 38 caliber revolver, a skeleton key, pliers and two knives. He claimed he had just come from Coral and driven to drain a radiator. The car belonged to Wm. Trenberg of Chevy Chase. Fry is held for further investigation.

A second wreck near the Twolick bridge injured Frank Brono and another youth slightly, as James Blaine's Hudson brougham carried them toward Indiana. visibility was hindered by oncoming headlights.

McHenry Wins Wiring Contract for Highway Buildings
George T. McHenry, proprietor of the Utility Electric Company, received word from the Department of Highways in Harrisburg that he has been awarded the wiring and fixtures contract for two new Highway Department buildings at Fourth and Chestnut streets. The modern 60 by 120 foot structures will house offices, storage, equipment, and repair shops for the County Superintendent of Highways. McHenry recently completed wiring for the Indiana Theatre and office building and has also secured rewiring work for Edwards Chevrolet, formerly C. and E. Motor Company.
