Punxsutawney Names New School Superintendent, Approves Budget
PUNXSUTAWNEY The Punxsutawney Area School Board named Dr Sidney Willar as superintendent replacing Wendell Bossart who left for a Knox District post. The board also approved a revised 1974 75 budget reflecting state general appropriations changes. Willar formerly led Daniel Boone School District Birdsboro Pa and holds a Penn State doctorate in elementary education. He has taught at Bellefonte Berlin West Germany Bald Hagle and Conrad Weiser schools.

Plant Workers End Union Strike In Erie Pa
